Venting on Parking

“Seriously? 4”

We all know that life is not fair and mean people suck. For those of you who have a sense of justice, it can be tough to hold your tongue when you see things that are just not right. In order to keep the peace, it is much better to just let it go. However, if you are like us, it will make you feel a LOT better if you get it off your chest and vent. This is where you can do that. Here are some examples for today.

THERE ARE RULES ABOUT PARKING THAT ARE NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND

It is against the law to park in a handicapped parking space if you are not handicapped.

There is a reason that the law exists and there is a $500 fine (in TX) if you break it.

Handicapped people need to use the designated handicapped parking spaces.

Lazy people do not need to use the designated handicapped parking spaces.

Parking in one of these spaces is not only against the law, but is also one of the laziest, most despicable, inconsiderate things a non-handicapped person can do.

You should be glad that you are not handicapped and do not need to park in the designated handicapped parking space. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK THERE!

STAY OUT OF THE HANDICAPPED SPOT IF YOU ARE NOT HANDICAPPED!

THERE ARE RULES ABOUT PARKING LOTS THAT ARE NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND

There are lines painted on the ground to indicate where each parking space is located in almost every parking lot.

It is important that you park in-between those lines, not over them, halfway over them, or in any way touching them.

The reason for those lines is to direct each driver to a solitary parking spot, so other vehicles can park in the adjacent spots and still have enough room to exit and enter their vehicle, and so the maximum number of vehicles can fit in the parking lot.

You may not take up two spots or more, even if you have a ridiculously expensive car.

You may not park anywhere without those lines painted on the ground, because that would NOT be a designated parking spot, and your vehicle would be illegally parked.

You may not leave grocery carts, trash, gum, or anything else in the spaces that are designated for automobiles.

All new drivers are taught how to park in parking spaces, so there is no excuse not to park correctly. PARK BETWEEN THE LINES PEOPLE!
