Who is all this wit and wisdom coming from?
Dr. Ahmad Vahedian, PhD, QME is a Board Certified Neuropsychologist with more than twenty-five years of experience in his field. He has three children and a beautiful wife, and enjoys travel, hiking and family time
Kelly McCardy-Fuller is a freelance writer with a degree in Journalism, Suma Cum Laude from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She has written countless reports, journals, articles and peer publications in the Neuropsychology field with Dr. Vahedian, as well as penned their first book, Dealing With Depression On Your Own Couch; A Neuropsychologist’s Practical Guide. Kelly has previous experience in hospitality management, technical editing and fitness instruction. She is currently working as a freelance/ghost writer, and is penning her first novel. While I, Kelly, am the voice of the blog (and most of the wit), Ahmad’s wisdom is plentiful throughout. Dr. Vahedian is and always has been 100% devoted to patient care. In other words, he is always extremely busy. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I have been able to share his wisdom, and a good deal of my own, through the written word.
He and I first met on a beach in Oxnard, California where we both lived. After several conversations we became friends, and he revealed his profession to me, joking that he should have been charging me $80 per hour for all of his advice. After my employer transferred me out of California, we kept in touch via snail-mail (just aged myself). As every writer knows, all of your friends constantly ask you to write or edit things for them. It’s an occupational hazard. Consequently, I gladly helped edit and compose publications for Ahmad from time to time, and a symbiotic working relationship that lasted sixteen years developed from there.
We come from completely different cultural, social, economic and religious backgrounds, yet share a precise understanding of human nature. As is stated on our Home Page, we possess a unique combination of time, ability, education and experience from both a male and female perspective that we believe can benefit others, so why not share it?

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” (Edmund Burke)
